Ultra Plus in Amsterdam; It's an advanced multi-tenant laboratory building in the Medical Business Park in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
Ultra Plus te Amsterdam is located right next to the AUMC (Amsterdam University Medical Centre) and aimed specifically at innovative bio and health technology companies. Shared facilities in the building encourage the exchange of knowledge, which is crucial to innovation. Flexibility in the size of offices and laboratories meets the exact space requirements of tenants.
Arch&Arch contributed to the BIM processes and design phase of this project, designed by Cepezed architectural studio.
